Q2: Can we add our logo to the toys or packaging?
Absolutely. We offer logo printing, embroidery, laser engraving, woven labels, and custom packaging solutions (boxes, blister cards, polybags, etc.).
Q3: What materials do you use in your toys?
Our materials include food-grade TPR, non-toxic cotton rope, plush, felt, EVA, and more. All are BPA-free and meet global safety standards.
Q4: Can you help with design or provide mockups?
Yes, we have in-house designers who can help with mockups, label layouts, and packaging suggestions based on your needs.

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For custom toys, MOQ typically starts from 500 pieces per design. For ready-to-ship items, we can support smaller orders (as low as 100 pieces).
Q6: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Some samples are free, others may have a small tooling or mold cost depending on customization.
Q7: How long does it take to make samples?
Sample production usually takes 5–7 working days. If a new mold is needed, it may take 10–15 days.

Q8: What is your lead time for bulk orders?
Production lead time is typically 20–30 days, depending on order quantity and product complexity.
Q9: What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Shipping terms like FOB, CIF, EXW are supported.
Q10: Do you offer drop shipping or small parcel shipping?
Yes, for small businesses or Amazon sellers, we can assist with direct-to-warehouse shipping and barcode labeling.

Q11: Do your toys comply with safety standards?
Yes. We comply with EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, and other global safety standards. Third-party test reports (SGS, Intertek) are available upon request.
Q12: How do you ensure product quality?
Our QA process includes IQC (Incoming QC), IPQC (In-process QC), and FQC (Final QC), with batch inspection, chew tests, and drop tests for certain products.

Q13: What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. For small orders, 100% payment upfront; for large orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Q14: What if I receive defective or wrong items?
We take full responsibility for any product defects or shipping errors confirmed with evidence. Replacements, refunds, or credit will be arranged quickly.
