Start With a Clear Product Brief
Pawlenzo coordinates pet toy OEM orders for brands, importers, distributors and wholesale buyers. Projects may involve plush, rope, rubber or TPR toys, with product requirements reviewed alongside branding, packaging and delivery needs.
Send reference images, drawings or a physical sample, together with quantities per design and color. Include dimensions, materials, intended play functions, target market and packaging preferences.
We review these details with suitable production partners, clarify missing specifications and identify development work before preparing the quotation.
Confirm the Quotation and Order Scope
The quotation should identify the product configuration, quantity, branding method, packaging and agreed delivery term. Sample charges, tooling costs and additional inspection requirements need separate clarification where applicable.
Minimum quantities depend on the design, material colors, components and printed packaging. Combining several products in one shipment does not automatically reduce each item’s minimum.
Check that the quoted version matches your intended order. Trial quantities can be assessed against the proposed specifications. Payment terms and the conditions for releasing development or production are confirmed before work proceeds.
Develop Samples and Record Decisions
Sampling turns the agreed brief into a physical reference. Depending on the product, this may involve sewing patterns, material selection, component placement or a review of available molds.
Through our sample development process, revisions are recorded against a defined sample version. Buyers should return consolidated comments covering shape, dimensions, materials, functions and branding.
If a sample uses a temporary material or unfinished packaging, record that difference explicitly. Further confirmation may be needed before it can represent the production order.
Approve Specifications Before Production
Production approval should cover the sample version, materials, colors, dimensions, components, logo placement and packaging. Confirm measurement methods and acceptable tolerances where relevant.
For branded packs, approve artwork and physical fit together. Our pet toy packaging support helps establish pack dimensions, attachment positions, assortment quantities and carton requirements.
The production schedule is reviewed once approvals and agreed commercial conditions are complete. Later changes may affect material availability, cost or the shipment date and require written reconfirmation.
Coordinate Production and Quality Checks
Production preparation follows the confirmed construction. Plush toys require fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, component placement and filling. Rope toys require cutting, knotting or braiding. Molded toys follow the agreed material and tooling route.
Inspection responsibilities and checkpoints should be established before production starts. Checks may address dimensions, workmanship, seams, attachments, component function and branding against the approved reference.
Final inspection scope, sampling arrangements and defect criteria should also be agreed. Any third-party inspection or specific testing must be scheduled with sufficient time for review and corrective action before shipment.
Verify Packing and Prepare Shipment
Packing confirmation covers individual packs, SKU identification, assortment ratios, carton quantities and shipping marks. Carton dimensions and weights are checked against the completed packing configuration.
Our packaging and export preparation process connects these details with shipment planning. Confirm the consignee, destination, delivery term, freight arrangements and required shipping documents before dispatch.
Production completion, inspection release and transport departure are separate milestones. Any issue requiring correction should be resolved before shipment release.
Send Your OEM Order Requirements
Send your product references, quantities per SKU, target market, branding files, packaging requirements and requested delivery date.
We can then review feasibility, identify outstanding decisions and prepare a quotation with the relevant sampling, approval and production stages.
