Match the Branding Method to the Product
Pawlenzo supports logo and branding requests for dog and cat toy orders, coordinating artwork review and sampling with suitable production partners. We work with private label brands, importers and wholesale buyers adapting selected products to their brand requirements.
Available methods depend on the material, construction and usable surface. Embroidery, printing and woven or sewn labels need different preparation. We review the selected toy before recommending a method, so the proposed branding can be assessed for appearance, attachment and production practicality.
Review Embroidery, Printing and Sewn Labels
Embroidery can suit selected fabric areas where the design remains readable and the construction allows access. Fine lettering, dense stitching and long plush pile may require artwork adjustments or a different location. Thread colors and the reverse side of the embroidery also need consideration.
Printing requires a suitable surface and a method compatible with the material. Woven or sewn labels can provide a defined branding area, but their dimensions, fold and seam position must be agreed. Our custom labels and hangtags page covers these components in more detail.
Provide Artwork with Placement Instructions
Send editable vector artwork where available, together with the required logo width, height and color references. Include a product image or drawing showing the intended position and orientation. A logo file without placement dimensions leaves important details open to interpretation.
We review small text, narrow lines and the available branding area with the production partner. Some artwork may need simplification for the chosen process. Any proposed adjustment should be approved before sampling; production should follow the confirmed artwork version.
Confirm Branding on the Finished Shape
A logo that looks centered on a flat panel may shift visually after sewing and filling. Curves, seams, fabric stretch and pile direction can affect its appearance. Labels also need sufficient seam allowance and a defined attachment position.
Our sample development review checks the branding on a representative product. Buyers should confirm readability, dimensions, placement, colors and the attachment method. A digital proof confirms layout, while the physical sample demonstrates the actual process and material combination.
Review Branding Costs and Minimum Quantities
Branding costs depend on the method, artwork complexity, color count, application area and order quantity. Embroidery setup, printing preparation or separately produced labels may introduce additional charges. These should be identified in the quotation where applicable.
MOQ can differ between the toy and its branding components. Quantities split across several logos or label versions require separate review. Sample timing also depends on artwork approval, component availability and any revisions needed before bulk production.
Keep Production and Packaging Consistent
The approved sample and artwork file establish the comparison reference. Agreed checks can cover logo content, orientation, position, visible workmanship and label attachment. Any requested print durability or other testing needs a defined scope and acceptance requirement.
Coordinate product branding with custom pet toy packaging so logos, colors and product references remain consistent. Packing instructions should identify each branded version and its carton allocation. Changes after approval may affect materials, production timing and shipment preparation.
